最近のアジュヴァント研究の動向

MF59に限らず、AS03など実際に人間で使用されているアジュヴァントも多い。ある程度の安全性が確認されているものについては、「アジュヴァントとそれぞれの抗原の相性がよいか、すなわちある抗原Ａについてimmunizationを行う上で最も効率的なアジュヴァントはどれか？」といった視点で研究をしているような気がする。
